The Doseum

Elena loves it!  She still enjoys playing grocery shopper/checker and operating on dogs in the veterinarian clinic.  But there's so much more to entertain a six-year old: spy craft, making vehicles to go with a Dr. Suess story, playing in the tree house in the beautiful Zen-like outdoors. watching turtles in the stream, climbing a wall....and on and on.

After a day of playing there, we had pizza and ice cream at EZs, then came home to do crafts and watch a movie.  She's sleeping now and I'm about to be.  Our plan is to get up in the morning and make posters for the Women's March.  I told her daddy I plan to make her a political activist by the time she's seven.

Here, she was telling me about a dog event yesterday.  Conway, their Aussie, has been trained to be a therapy dog.  Last night there were 200 special needs children--her words, don't know where--and 12 dogs.
